this is the personal development era
i’m 39 years (young) and I’ve seen a massive shift in recent years.
i’ve seen more and more people investing in their personal development.
they’ve come to realise their mind is their limiting factor.
they’ve come to realise physical strength is one thing, but mental strength is another.
and when you strengthen the mind, you can improve every aspect of your life.
the year is 2016 and my wife left me.
it was my fault, as I had developed controlling tendencies that stemmed from childhood.
to this day, her leaving was the best thing she’s ever done for me.
as it forced me to face my demons, speak to a therapist and change.
fast forward 7 years and we’re happier and stronger than ever.
but this pivotal moment in my life changed the trajectory of everything.
it opened my eyes to the fact that you’re always going to be limited by your mind.
i thought being in shape was enough to be a successful personal trainer.
but I was broken on the inside, so my ability to resonate and empathize was limited.
i thought being in shape was enough to become more confident.
but despite being in shape, I had self esteem issues that affected confidence.
every aspect of my life that wasn’t going to plan, was down to mindset.
it was the way in which I handled situations, and the habits I had developed.
mental strength is no different to physical strength, it can be developed and trained.
it can be made stronger and you can become more resilient to what life throws your way.
it’s what developed my obsession with personal development.
and it’s the reason I do what I do, as I’ve fixed my own life and I want to help guys do the same.
i love nothing more than showing someone their potential and helping them achieve it.
becoming a better father, husband, entrepreneur or employee.
becoming happier, healthier, and unstoppable in all areas of life.
