Why Does The Peak Physique Playbook Exist?

I’m a father, husband and business owner. I’ve been training 25 years and coaching 11 years.

I’ve worked in the motor trade for 12 years, before working as a freelance PT for 12 months then opening and running my own gym for 5 years, before closing it in January 2021 and transitioned into online coaching.

I’ve suffered with anxiety, been to therapy and spent thousands of hours working on my mindset, and personal development.

I’ve been in terrible shape, both physically and mentally, which had a huge impact on my confidence and self esteem.

I’ve neglected myself, and seen the negative impact it had on my relationship with my wife and son.

It took me, accepting responsibility, and taking action to transform my physique, mental health, physical health, relationships, confidence, and quality of life.
