Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Difference between HYBRID Perform & HYBRID Transform?
Both programs follow The HYBRID Method of bridging the gap between strength, bodybuilding and functional fitness.
PERFORM is bias towards increasing performance, whereas TRANSFORM is bias towards physique development.
From a programming perspective, the main difference being PERFORM strength work is based on percentages of 1RM and includes benchmark conditioning workouts, compared to TRANSFORM which is based on rep ranges, and doesn’t include benchmark workouts.
Are they Group Programs?
Both HYBRID Perform and HYBRID Transform are 1-2-1 Online Coaching Programs.
Whilst they have similarities in their approach to programming and deliverables, you are coached as an individual.
You have 1-2-1 access to your coach, and everything is tailored to your goal, lifestyle, schedule and commitments.
We stand by the fact coaching is collaborative, so we work closely with you to make sure you have everything you need to succeed.
Do I Need to be a Member of a Gym?
Unless you have a (very) well kitted out home gym set up, you’ll need access to a fully equipped gym.
Programs will be tailored to your training facility in terms of the equipment, space and machines you have access to, but the more equipment you can access, the better the training experience.
Do I Receive Nutritional Coaching with HYBRID Perform & HYBRID Transform?
Yes.
Nutrition plays a HUGE role in performance, recovery and aesthetics, so we help you build a sustainable nutritional approach that works for your short and long term goals, lifestyle and schedule.
How is the Program Delivered?
The training program is delivered via TrueCoach app, which allows you to access your workouts, track performance, metrics, upload videos for technique review and communicate with coaches.
Supporting content is accessed via The HYBRID Academy, which is a separate app, and includes over 50 videos, resources, and the Weekly Performance Check In.
How Many Days do I Need to Train?
“It’s not what you can do, it’s what you can recover from.”
Which basically means, your training frequency will be dependant on what you can commit to weekly.
We have some people training 3 days, 4 days or 5 days per week, so it varies depending on schedule and commitments.
Progress isn’t just limited to the training itself, we coach you on sustainable habits outside of the gym to accelerate results.
