How Does it Work?

Initial Consultation Call (Zoom)

We’ll talk in depth about your training history, lifestyle, commitments, along with what you would like to get from the coaching.

By talking through this on your initial call, we can establish both short and long term goals.

Onboarding Process

Assuming we both agree that the program is right for you, we’ll get started with the onboarding process.

We’ll get to work on setting up your training and nutritional programs, and send a personalised onboarding video.

Training & Nutritional Plans

We believe that coaching is collaborative, so with that in mind, we always say your first plan will change.

Whether that be training volume, frequency, exercise selection, or your nutritional approach.

We coach you through every step of the journey so you have everything you need to guarantee success.

Weekly Performance Check Ins

Possibly THE most important aspect of your coaching journey, as this is where the most amount of coaching occurs.

You’ll provide us with an indepth review of the week, including training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, stress management plus much more along with weekly metrics that we can use to track progress.

We then provide video feedback on the previous week, along with considerations for the upcoming week.

With over 50 videos, documents and resources to support your journey, The HYBRID Academy has you covered.

From training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, mindset and much more, we have content within the academy to further educate.
