FortyEight Fitness was founded by Chris Richards.
With over 22 years training experience, along with competing within Strongman, Powerlifting and more recently, Functional Fitness, Chris has tried and tested many methods.
Drawing on these experiences, FortyEight Fitness was born, with The Hybrid Performance Blueprint being created for those passionate about training, but currently frustrated with a lack of progress with their strength, physique and fitness levels.
We have since successfully coached many people to become the strongest and fittest they’ve ever been, whilst getting in the best shape of their lives…
